Initial Consultation (1 hour) - The Hormone Health Discovery Session
In The Hormone Health Discovery Session, Dr. Melanie will do a deep dive into your medical history, current health concerns & symptoms, overall state of health, and review any recent blood work results.
If indicated, she will provide a requisition for additional testing (blood work) and discuss an initial treatment plan with health foundations such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.

1st Follow Up Appointment (1 hour) - The Hormone Health Plan Review
In The Hormone Health Plan Review, Dr. Melanie will review blood work results and discuss your individualized treatment plan in detail with you.
This appointment will allow for blood work interpretation and the assessment/diagnoses to be discussed, fine tune the initial treatment plan, discuss whether HRT would be helpful, outline schedule for follow up appointments and repeat testing, and provide support with integration of the treatment plan into your life.

Subsequent Follow Up Appointments (30 or 45 min) - The Hormone Health Tune-Ups
The Hormone Health Tune-Ups are typically scheduled for every 1-3 months to allow time for you to make changes and for your treatment plan to improve your concerns.
In these sessions, Dr. Melanie will reassess your symptoms and treatment response, make adjustments to your plan, and support you with the implementation of diet & lifestyle recommendations so that you build and maintain strong health foundations.
